First visit

During the first visit therapist will conduct an interview with you to familiarize with the problem. He examine X-ray, MRI and other tests that you have. Then, he will carry out a manual examination to set up physiotherapy diagnosis. After the test, he will move on and treat the problem.

The problem and the causes of ailments will be explained during the visit . The therapist will advise how often the treatment should be carried out to remove the cause of the ailment. During the following classes an individual exercise program will be created. You will gain knowledge about ergonomics and the therapist will select appropriate motor activity for you. Each of our patients receive individualized program of exercise to do at home.

Please arrive at the center 15 minutes before the scheduled time in order to register and change into comfortable clothes (tracksuit, shorts, t-shirt, socks) for therapy.
