Pediatrics

Pediatrics is a branch of medicine dealing with children’s diseases, caring for them and their developement. Pediatric age extends from the first day of life up to 18 years. This requires from pediatricians both extensive knowledge about the specifics of the various stages of human life development, as well as high flexibility in dealing with patients of all ages (and a good contact with their parents).
